L.D. CD
The L.D. CD stud welding gun is a compact, lightweight tool made of high-strength, impact-resistant, glass-fiber-reinforced poly-carbonate. Welds any length CD stud with a diameter range of 14 ga. Through 5/16 inches. Adapters are available to make the gun interchangeable with most CD stud welding collets and chucks.
Bantam C-2
The Bantam C-2 stud welding gun is a light-weight and compact hand tool. Welds any length stud with a diameter range of 14 gauge through 3/8 inch.
CD GAP
The CD Gap stud welding gun's super light-weight, but rugged, ergonomic design minimizes operator fatigue while maximizing productivity. Reliable mechanical gap system eliminates overheating of electrical "Gap Coils" used by others and minimizes gun weight. The unique mechanical gap mechanism allows for the precise locating of the stud prior to gaping the gun & welding the stud. Infinitely adjustable spring pressure range provides the precision setup required for difficult applications. Gun configured with tripod legs allows the welding of studs up to 1-3/8" long. Longer legs available for longer studs.
Slim-Line CD
The Slim-Line C.D welding tool offers a streamlined design to weld CD studs in tight locations. It has a simplified trigger circuit so the operator just presses it into the work piece to weld the stud.
Palm CD Welding Tool
This welding tool offers a streamlined design to weld CD studs in tight locations. It has a simplified trigger circuit so the operator just presses it into the work piece to weld the stud. The 15 ft. cable set can be configured with Camlok or Dinse weld connectors; and a variety of control connectors are available. The Palm Welding Tool uses collet inserts for welding studs sized #4 up to 5/16” and can use standard CD chucks when equipped with an adaptor CI-BC-ADPT. ProWeld® Part # 300-0450.
