Ferry Cap Components
Specialty designed and manufactured cold and hot-headed, high strength fasteners for aerospace, diesel engine, power generation, and industrial markets.
Turbine components, specialty fasteners, and other precision metal components.
Critical-application fasteners, forgings, and machined parts.
Specialty Bar Products
Close-tolerance steel bar machining, thread rolling, drilling, and internal bolting for critical applications.
Mechanical Solutions to Vibration Loosening
The Optia range includes three distinct technologies that eliminate self-loosening cause by dynamic load with the application environment by delivering a mechanical lock far superior to a standard thread: Spiralock®, Spectralock®, and Wedgelock®. Spiralock and Spectralock use modified thread geometries to eliminate clearance between male and female threads, dramatically improving resistance to vibration. Wedgelock uses surface ramps on the bold/nut head and washer to deliver consistent application of the sufficient clamp force to prevent relative motion.
